Delete your account
Use this page to request permanent deletion of your Flowambe account and its associated data. You don't need the app installed to make this request.
What will be deleted
- Your profile and login credentials
- Events you own, along with their timelines, tasks, and files
- Your role assignments, invitations, and notifications
What we keep, and for how long
We may retain a limited record of the deletion request and information we are legally required to keep (for example, transaction or audit records), for as long as the law requires. Everything else is removed.
How long it takes
Requests are processed within 30 days. We'll email you a confirmation once your data has been deleted.
